طلب الحذف بدون التطبيق
إذا ما تقدر تدخل التطبيق، أرسل طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك إلى hello@shirbakah.com من البريد المرتبط بحسابك. إذا استخدمت تسجيل الدخول مع Apple وإخفاء البريد، اذكر اسم العرض وطريقة تسجيل الدخول حتى نتحقق من ملكية الحساب. ما نطلب كلمة مرورك. طلب الحذف يحتاج تحقق من ملكية الحساب؛ ما يحتاج إنك تدخل التطبيق. تقدر بعد ترسل الطلب مباشرة إلى mj@shakesbeard.net.
حذف الحساب من التطبيق
من صفحة «ملفي» افتح «الحساب والخصوصية»، ثم «احذف حسابي». راجع التفاصيل وأكّد «إي، احذف حسابي نهائيا». يتوقف استخدام الحساب أثناء تنفيذ الطلب، وإذا تعذّر إتمامه تقدر تعيد المحاولة.
يحذف المسار هوية تسجيل الدخول لدى Clerk وبيانات Convex المرتبطة بحسابك، ومنها الاسم، رمز الإشعارات، صداقاتك ودعواتك، جولاتك وسجلك الشخصي، محفظة الرصيد وسجلها المرتبط بالحساب، وتذاكر الدعم التي أرسلتها. نزيل نص رسائلك العامة والخاصة ورسائل الغرف ومعرّفك منها؛ وقد يبقى دليل بلاغ محدود بعد إخفاء هويتك إلى نهاية مدة الاحتفاظ المحددة له. تُزال التفاعلات السريعة المرتبطة بك، وتُخفى هويتك من سجلات الإشراف التي يلزم الاحتفاظ بها مؤقتاً.
يُلغى انتظارك أو تُحسب مشاركتك العامة انسحاباً، ويكمل اللاعبون الآخرون بطولتهم. تبقى بياناتهم؛ وقد تنتهي الجولة المتأثرة بالحذف في الغرف الخاصة. يُحتفظ بمعرّف طلب الحذف لمدة ٢٤ ساعة بعد اكتماله لمنع إعادة استخدام جلسة قديمة، ثم يُحذف. تبقى سجلات الشراء لدى Apple أو Google وفق سياسات المتجر، وقد تبقى أحداث مالية منفصلة عن حساب اللعب للمطابقة والاسترداد. نفصل معرّف الاشتراك عن حساب اللعب، بس هالخطوة ما تمسح ملف Adapty أو سجلات المتجر تلقائياً. إذا ما قدرنا نلغي ربط Apple تلقائيا، راح يوضح لك التطبيق شلون توقفه من إعدادات حساب Apple. حذف بيانات شرباكة ما يعتمد على هالخطوة. لطلب مراجعة بياناتك عند مزوّدي الخدمة، راسل mj@shakesbeard.net. بعض سجلات المعاملات ممكن تبقى للمطابقة والاسترداد أو إذا القانون يطلب الاحتفاظ فيها.
بيانات الضيف على الجهاز
افتح «الحساب والخصوصية»، ثم «امسح بيانات الجهاز» وأكّد المسح لإزالة الاسم والنقاط المحلية. هذه الخطوة وحدها لا تحذف حساب الإنترنت.
اشتراك بلس
حذف الحساب لا يلغي التجديد التلقائي للاشتراك. يمكنك الإلغاء من اشتراكات Apple أو اشتراكات Google Play. لا يشترط إلغاء الاشتراك لقبول طلب حذف حسابك.
Request deletion without the app
To request deletion of your account and associated data without the app, email hello@shirbakah.com from your account email. If you used Hide My Email, include your display name and sign-in method so we can verify ownership. Never send a password. Ownership verification is required to process the request; app access is not required. You can also send the request directly to mj@shakesbeard.net.
Delete your account in the app
From Profile, open Account & Privacy, choose Delete my account, then confirm permanent deletion. Account access is blocked while the request is processed; failed requests can be retried.
The workflow deletes your Clerk sign-in identity and account-linked Convex data, including your name, push token, friendships and invites, game sessions and personal history, wallet balances and linked ledger, and your support tickets. It scrubs your text and identity from public, friend and room messages and removes your quick reactions. Limited report evidence may remain without your account identity until its retention deadline; moderator audit records may also retain an anonymized decision.
Your public queue entry is cancelled or active participation is forfeited; other players continue and keep their own data. Affected private-room rounds may end. A deletion marker is kept for 24 hours after completion to prevent reuse of a cached session. Apple and Google retain store records under their policies, and financial events detached from the gameplay account may remain for reconciliation and refunds. The subscription customer identity is detached from the gameplay account. This does not automatically erase the Adapty profile or store records. If Apple access cannot be revoked automatically, the app explains how to remove Shirbakah from Sign in with Apple settings. Deleting Shirbakah data does not depend on that manual step. For provider-data requests, contact mj@shakesbeard.net. Some transaction records may remain for reconciliation, refunds or legal obligations.
Use Clear device data on the same screen to reset guest progress. Store transaction records are subject to Apple or Google’s policies. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription, and cancellation is not required before deletion.
